Your call, nice profit and it's in your hands not the market. My feeling is that next week will however be a repeat of this week with more upward pressure on stock price.

No primary reason for dramatic increase in price except the word getting out of an awful exciting find. Conversly there will be no reason for share price to fall back until either too much time passes before more results are announced or something bad  is announced (unlikely at this stage).

The way this stock is behaving when you're out you're out as buying back in could be expensive. Day traders sitting at their computers and watching all day long are in a different position and can profit from the volatility likely to remain for some time.
