I'd suggest you read the shareholders protection information, sure you can find it on; noront resourse.com .

While anything is possible and eventually a takeover will take place it will be at big dollars and be acceptable by all. Noront just doesn't have the kind of dollars to actually turn a large deposit like this into a full scale mine. Nor do they have the kind of expertise to do so.

What's wrong with selling to the highest bidder, we do it all the time in the stock market?
