Sum4all,

I don't think we as shareholders have to worry about that,RN is a seasoned mining guy that has been around for most of the major plays in modern history.

That is why he hired IBK to "unlock the true value of Not and to protect the shareholders".

When I do my DD on a company my #1 concern is the Management Team, #2 is the property. In Not's case we "GOT LUCKY" on both counts.

Richard will NOT do anything to hurt his baby, cause I would bet(and have bet)  that is NOT only about the money for him.
