While I think it unlikely we should remember that RN has close contacts with other Juniors who've followed him into the DE area OR already where there. NOT has more money in the bank than any other Junior I can think of AND share value to trade.

Exploring and drilling is expensive and takes time. Juniors fall by the wayside all the time because they can't raise the funds or can't follow thru.

Just maybe RN and NOT could be the knight on the white charger to the benefit of everyone? RN has done more deals on property than most and if anyone could cut a deal to everyone's benefit it would be him.
