BMK is very speculative, however they start drilling in 2 weeks. Before this DE news broke loose, BMK and NOT were the only 2 active players in the area.

 As soon as BMK heard the news, they were able to mobilize and get the jump on all the other players staking new claims. BMK also has a very complete set of magnetics data,,,these are very experienced geologist. Even RN mentioned that BMK got the jump in the staking game.

 So that's the speculation,,,,and it has some worth IMO
