For the informed investor the KXL rise  a few years ago with the comparison that their Caribou property was the next Voisey's was a market reaction to hysteria and further drilling has proved up nothing of economical significance.

KXL's current upswing is attributed to their Hercules property which could very well be a major gold discovery. So without justifying myself I just wanna say the current SP has nothing to do with the run of a few years ago.
