 I think to say it is "overpriced", although technically correct, does not paint the full picture. And I also think you fully understand why NOT is overpriced and that is why YOU still purchased the stock.

 What I am trying to say is just because a stock may be overpriced, does not mean that purchasing that share at that said price is a misjudgement.

 As an example, let's look at Google. Google has been "overpriced" IMO since it's going public.But those who purchased Google when it went public at 85.00 a share have done very well.

 The reason is that Google continues to deliver on it's expectations.
