43-101 = an independant professional opinion. For the benefit of the investor and support for the company.

Scoping Study = an independant professional opinion. For the benefit of the company - helps in decisions for the future.

Feasibility Study = an independant professional opinion. For company to display to Bankers when looking for Development Financing.
