I'm thinking if the assays tell enough 30.00 is min and more as the assays prove more positive.  I still think JV is better in the early stages, then both have interest as it grows and finances are not a problem in the least.  10 or 20 percent to start.  That would shoot the price right up..but allow us room for upward SP as well.
