Has anyone else been havin problems clicking on the stars under the posters avator?  I find sometimes the vote registers and sometimes it doesn't.  I've even gone back and tried again after refreshing the screen and even exiting the forum and IE and logging back in..only to find it still doesn't seem to post the vote for everyone. 

Does anyone know why this happens.  Is it just bandwidth issues and resultant lockups on the site?  It seems it should then be for everyone and not just the odd poster.  Very confused...perhaps Agoracom could enlighten us/me.
