If you NEED money, you take the price they offer you. They don't offer a speculative amount, just a hard eyed estimate where they feel they can make a profit with the risk.

Not good for current share owners, but in the long run, may be just fine. Price will dip in short term.

This is why NOT is the best. We don't need the money to explore.
