My take on coming news - Disclosure requirements.

My take on any news monday or tuesday.. based on the disclosure standards. (I have placed a link to these standards below.)

I believe Richard will describe ongoing drilling, feet, and the general type of mineralization they see. If assays are available, they will only have just arrived, and these will be released as well.

If there are assay results, they must release them in a timely manner, you can't hang onto pertinent info and release it when you like.

This is because, once you do disclose - then you MUST post subsequent results, even if you don't like what they show you. This prevents a company from telling the world about a glory hole and then hiding the next 8 duds. One cannot cherry pick the results. However, this need to promptly disclose is for assay results only (as I read the regs)

It is interesting that these standards frown on making visual estimates, without an assay. However, in the original case, the visual's were so stunning that a mention could not be helped.

See the sentence beginning with 'Observations of mineralization... should be reported ONLY when analytical results will not be readily available.'

Toronto Stock exchange - disclosure standards.

See the first three paragraphs under 'section V - Exploration results General requirements.' Note the use of the word WHEN.

In NOT we trust.
