Why would Not want to do a deal with spq when uc owns 55% of the largest block of land around them.

Imho when Not proves up the tonnage,AND THEY WILL, the "BIGS" will take out Not and some of the other area players. I don't think NOT would take them out. I may be wrong, what do the rest of the board think.
