In every clever deception there is a grain of truth.

I believe the grain of truth MAY BE something like this  EXAMPLE ONLY!: That out of a total of 200,000 options, Mr. Nemis cashed in 50,000...

The grain of truth will give the planter (and it probably wasn't the reporter.. I think he was dooped also) cover.
