NOT a mistake

Had there been one factual error, I might agree. But the real error is NOT the 50,000 shares, or even who the person is,  it is the statement that he has 150,000 left. Translation? He sold 25% of his shares.

I don't think the reported made a mistake (except not to check his facts) I think he took a feed and used it.

Who placed the feed?

This story is now all over, being quoted by other publications and on blogs across the internet.

This is not a mistake.

Can it go higher? Noront director Neil Novak appears to be hedging his bets, unloading 50,000 company shares at $5.15 each on Oct. 15, 2007, but with 150,000 shares still on balance, his trade shows little more than taking a bit off the table in what only time will tell was the right move.

NOTE BY BK: According to the company report dated Oct. 1. Neil had 100,000 shares and 200,000 options. My guess is, as I said, he excersised his options and sold 50,000 for cash. That would be called Pay day.
