QQ Girl,

Here is my problem...

  • According to the company October 1 release. Neil Novak owned 100,000 shares and had 200,000 in options at .75 each.
  • Now comes the 'news' by TD and the reporter, that he has sold 50,000 or 25% of his 200,000 total shares. Where's the other 100,000? (100,000 shares + 200,000 options = 300,000)

This does not add up. Did he exersise 100,000 of his 200,000 options and then cash in 50,000? This is a much different story.

Here is your earlier post. Is the 25% comment by you or by the TD? Because, to simple state that a director sells 25% of his stock in a company without talking about any options that may have been involved, appears to the reader as a SIGNIFICANT event.

Thanks

BK

Here is your earlier post with TD Insider Trading info. (Maybe this is the same as the reporter received. Question is, who made up this feed and sent it to you and the reporter?)

I didn't intend to join however watching this discussion about the insider trading I just had to join and tell you what my TD Insider Trading report says.

October 15th - Neil Novak sold 50,000 @ 5.15 leaving 150,000 (25% of his shares)

October 15th - John Branchflower sold 5,000 at 5.06 leaving 75,000 (6% of his shares)

I hope this is helpful - thank you so much for all your wonderful posts - I am learning a lot this way - GLTA go NOT go
