Misfit's Midday Musings - October 29, 2007

Hello NOTers,

Back in the land of the living. Most of you know that I have been working out of town so do not get to my PC as much as I would like.

Nice to see the stock break $7 on Friday. These types of events are important as it takes a psychological resistence level away. Similar to what was at $4.99 a few weeks back.

Just caught the news about the National Post article. I wonder how many shares that author purchased today. All I have seen is the same old same old. Shorters selling into fear, taking out stop loss orders, and then waiting while the rest of the sheep follow by selling.

Sure it was a $1 swing but we have been here before, and will be here many times more. When the players want the price to return after today's accumulation, it will return to higher levels.

But we should focus on what is important, and that is the AGM. We should see a rebound tomorrow based on the events at the AGM. This is the time of year that Richard gets to shine. Will likely have the core in the room, hopefully some new assay results to report on. The sign will be whether or not the stock is halted at 7:00 AM tomorrow morning. With the AGM starting at 8:30 EST, I would not be surprised to see a HALT. That will be a sign those attending the AGM will be in for a surprise.

I am going to try to catch it on the web cast. Not sure if it will be "live" at that time, so maybe somebody can answer that for me (not everybody mind you) as the questions has likely been asked in a previous day's posting which I have not checked.

This morning I was thinking about Windfall and how significant that could be to our lives. Don't get me wrong - Double Eagle is amazing and the potential unbelievable. But we are just at the very beginning of that story. Windfall is years in the making in terms of drilling with over 120 holes drilled, and with the ramp we will start to see bulk sample mining. What is pulled out of the ramp will be processed and sold. That is money in the bank and a return on investment. With the price of gold increasing everyday, the situation at Windfall looks better and better.

I only say this to remind the longs that it was the hope of Windfall that kept us all here in 2007, and should keep us here through 2008. All the other properties are icing on the cake, and what a cake this has become.

I still believe we will hear about the company's long term vision at the AGM tomorrow. They are flush with cash at the moment as most of the warrants have been exercised, but it is hard to support two different high demand fronts as a small company. Remember that the Windfall ramping is estimated at 10M. That is just for the ramp. Any future mining will cost $$$. Then there is Double Eagle which needs even the basic infrastructure (water, roads) to keep the present helicopter costs down long term. This will take deep pockets and political connections.

Tomorrow will be an exciting day. Hold long and prosper!

M1. (P.S. Snezzer, I am not ignoring you, just haven't had a change to respond to your email yet :)
