I missed the preamble, but I did hear the chatter before, and this is what tells me what kind of man Richard is...

Here he is getting ready for maybe the biggest AGM of his life, he's a big man, a real success, everyone loves him and wants to talk to him, and I hear him tell someone to give such and such to a particular person, because that person can't hear too well (I think he said) and that would help this person out.

... A guy whose thinking of others when he's on top of the world and getting ready to go on stage and face the clowns and the press and admirers and the lions...
