Thank you. That was one of the better laughs I have had in some time!

Barring the thankless task of stool collection and sampling, for the moment at least, one can take some comfort from knowing that Richard is not a "slick player" and tends to wear (to some extent) his emotions on his sleeve.

That makes him seem honest, personable and approachable. And he is all those things.

But most importantly, he has one hell of a collection of fine properties in his portfolio. And to that end, I would rather sample and examine those drill cores, than Richard's...um....well, you know.
