There does seem to be leaks and since NOT has very good control of the matter on their end the leak issue continues to be centered at the exchange. Little hustle bunnies working there likely for only such reasons. Experience having known individuals who seemed to get the news as it was being delivered/inspected at the exchange. They, though being the beneficiaries, also despise other beneficiaries contacts and smerk when thinking of their own. Justification being it is undesirable but necessary part of the game (fight fire with more fire).
