Have to wait for confirmation but it would explain the much larger trading in FWR immediately after the halt and at higher prices than normal.

Hard to see where even good news will propel NOT shares higher as investors just aren't looking beyond DE. Maybe those that couldn't buy in due to the halt will hit the market hard and heavy on opening?
