     If the holding back of the permit wasn't enough to call a halt or create waves, why would the issuance of that permit be so importaint ????? It was also my understanding that the ramp was going ahead fine. I believe that it was monday that I found out via this forum that the permit was held back.(may have missed something)

      Tomorrow may be a double whammy----permit ok and more drilling results, hang on tight.     LONG on NOT and area plays
