my interpretation part 2

I see 5 people recommended my first interpretation but no one took up the topic...am I dreaming this?  Am I seeing something that is not there...Can a stock go up 10% in one hour without news...and then a halt?  Or is this just a conspiracy theory on my part.  Would appreciate feedback on this.  Thank you.
