FWR,SPQ, FNC, PRB up nicely after "lets work together to maximize share price" statement (paraphrasing only). FWR is also JV'd at WINDFALL and LIZAR and are very close to NOT management. FWR has optioned (fast tracked) it mainstay Clarence Stream property, raised cash, and can now focus and Windfall and McFaulds. FWR is also spinning off uranium plays to make precious metal company free to wheel and deal.

SPQ also has close ties with NOT. SPQ is already JV'd on 5 of 9 FWR options at McFaulds where high Chromium levels were found.
