Well put Lostlips..my only question is how much do we give up with another company in the play that only has to put 5 mil in and a few extra bucks making it say 5.5 to 6 mil total in order to get 50% of the action? I don't understand myself the benefit we get from that when we have 30 million to do it ourselves.

Is there more you think to this? Are they getting in on the areas where the anomolies have already been located by Noront, or are they looking only in the areas where Noront has no interest near term? I can see joint venture dealing with areas that Noront cannot handle getting into themselves. Theres more than the 5million dollar thing..its the cost of equipment and manpower saved and the cost of additional geologists as well...we'll now have two management teams working in different areas of the Ring of Fire. So as I say, I see why it works to have this JV but only if the present discoveries maintained as 100% Noront ownership.

One last advantage to joint ownership here is simple...double the news releases in the same amount of time....that can't be a bad thing if the area is as rich as we've been hearing. In the end the JV will move the company towards a sale to a major..so all this will do is expediate that process. This is also NOT a bad thing..

If this doesn't make total sense its because my head is still snap, crackle and popping itself into an awakened state...
