my only question is how much do we give up with another company in the play that only has to put 5 mil in and a few extra bucks making it say 5.5 to 6 mil total in order to get 50% of the action?   I don't understand myself the benefit we get from that when we have 30 million to do it ourselves.

As I said in the previous post, to have 30 mio. is nice, but NOT has to pay for a lot of things, let alone the 14 mio. for the windfall ramp.

There is staking, rush essays, a lot of travelling etc. and a lot of work at numerous properties. That all costs money.

But more importantly, it costs time.

So I am totally happy that Richard is looking for other possibilities to "share" the workload, as long as we benefit enough if something is found.
