I can't see NOT splitting this off fast enough. After reading The Big Score last weekend management of majors are far to savy to let this thing go to far and or let some one else beat them to the punch. Hence all the so called tire kicking Nemis has alluded to.
To what extent has the tire kicking gone to? looking at cores, physical check of drill holes and locations, claim boudaries, assay data, etc. Have any offers been made?
How long does it take to organise a spinoff and get the exchange to approve it? When Diamond Fields discovered Voisey Bay they sold off 10% to Teck Corp which gave Friedland control of 50%. Then he sold off 25% to INCO. (That ticked off Falconbridge) Are Nemis and other major shareholders in control of 50%+??? That's the BIG question isn't it. Is he going to take off one of his loafers and tell the majors how it's all going to happen LOL. Friedland took off to Singapor as a delaying tactic. Nemis goes hunting moose?
Will a major be able to get the whole company/spinoff or just a part of it?
The ore body is OPEN to the North (PRB in play here) and SOUTH and WIDENING to the SOUTH. (FNC & PRB in play here)
Grade is huge and makes Voisey Bay look good but not great as it once was. + DE has Platinum, Palladium and good copper grades and a tid bit of silver. The Platinum is the wild card that made this discovery spectacularly profitable. No wonder the majors love it.
The next 10 - 20 holes will prove up more high grade and more tonnage that will put this stock at the Tipping Point. I believe were looking at +$10 very soon so Xmas should be good this year.
As I said befor the other BIG part of the discovery is that it's close to surface.
Area plays could be really in play very quickly, especially PRB and FNC. They are being courted by others companies but they are not stupid, they know they are on the door step of one of the greatest discoveries in World mineral exploration history.
Aore Mags are currently underway, BMK, Metalex will be drilling very quickly with others following close behind. But hey, NORONT has the proven holes at the moment and that's where the big bucks are. All the big players in Canada are there the good, the bad and the UGLY.
The first OTHER junior to pull a good hole out of the ground will go ballistic!
I wish I could contact some of the posters here directly, every time I try it tells ne I can not contact the user, I'm trying to sort this out with Agoracom. They timed the start date of this site at the right time and do a FAB job.
God luck to all and hang in there, I think the best is yet to come. Look what has happened with less than 20 holes. UNBELIEVABLE!
We seek safe harbour and high grade cores full of Nickel, copper, platinum and paladium.
PS - If the next 20 or so holes prove up just as much as we have now, where will we be trading, do we get the extra 30% of the last 20 days trading price? What will speculators drive the price to? What will Sprott drive the price to. How will the dirt bag shorters cover LOL.
