I do agree with lostlips that most of the stuff (which I too have taken part in I must admit) should be on a separate blog. A lot of the stuff this weekend is neat in that shareholders are getting to know one another a bit more and Bravekind has put out a nice contest to add a bit of fun to the site. I know that not everyone likes things to be non "NOT" but if I go to an annual meeting I think its nice to shake hands with other shareholders..so I don't see what is wrong with asking where people are from. No one has to answer just like they don't have to shake hands.... It's a bit of a personal touch and may be somewhat of a plug on the forum..however I can think of only one solution to all of this personalized posting stuff....
My idea is to request Agoracom at this point in time to initiate "one" multi-topic area for Shareholders of all of the company forums in Agoracom to lighten up a bit. They could call it the Recreational Blog, keep it moderated like the Company forums so that it doesn't get out of hand like SH, but then we'll be able to chit chat there about NOT or any of the sideplays with no one being upset on the NOT forum. The only thing I wouldn't expect of Agoracom is that they moderate it in the way they do the company forums..maybe one or twice a week or upon complaints only from participants....of course if it gets out of hand they can warn once then shut it down and return to just the company forums.
Anyone like this idea raise your hand. I wish we could post replies only to Agoracom for requests like this.
I like the idea.
