I'd think 10% is far too low even given the location. However the value per tonne of metals has to be worked out for the average grade of say 6 to 10 million tonnes so far guessed as probable. This average grade is a lot lower that $1,000 per tonne.

You also can use current extremely high metal prices since metals will not be coming out of the ground for a good few years when prices could be closer to historical ones.

We can throw all kinds of figures around at the moment because it's all guess work and in fact only perhaps one million tonnes is inferred from existing drill holes. My guess and it's only worth 2 cents at the moment is perhaps $400 a tonne for average tonne value for resource calculatiions.
