Agree 100%!

Good to know there are individuals on here that can put to words what I hope most others understand intuitively, if NOT explicitly.

The only difficulty is that we do not know what a good (suitable) discount factor should be and thus have to go (for the time being at least) with a generally accepted standard.

Be assured that the Majors have the technical expertize on hand to do the best estimations and I trust that Noront will have the same advantage via the services provided by IBK.
