Seeing as they named it TriDE I have a feeling the claims optioned are the same that Probe drilled last year with undisclised results. Where, I never did get a clear indication on. It is either ~5-10 km due West of DE or to the East to North East. But this is only guess work. I hope one or both NOT and WSR post a map real soon identifying exactly where.

Also, I think the second tranch is actually for the equivalent value of $400,000.00 in either cash or WSR shares (as valued currently at $0.50).

Also, They did say they were setting a template for other JV's and I believe this JV (with WSR) is the standard they are asking with respect to all future JV's.

I also expect that with this JV (once approved by corporate Boards and accepted by the Venture Exchange) will allow for quick initiation of two or more such JV's to be signed off on in very rapid succession.

All Very good and for a very repid increase in drilling activity throughout the Winter (easiest time to do the drilling in this type of terrain.

This will all be very possible due to the recent new Aero Mags being completed, compiled, and interpreted using existing data and the advanced knowledge/experience Notont (NOT) has.

Noront is the clear leader and are working very effectively at NOT only remaining the very clear leader, but also at widening the lead on any other jr's in the area. All this and they are still staking more area ground. Well ahead of the remotely distant followers.
