The start of a new week...a new phase??

We have finally taken a roller coaster ride that has left us down a bit from the previous week. Pretty good considering the massive losses the world markets went through during the latter part of last week.

There are some who think we are turning a corner. Some who say the tonnage has not come in and the stock is about to swoon down even more. Perhaps MJ has a hold on some of our thought waves. He certainly hasn't demoralized me, albeit he has educated me in a number of things relating to stock valuation.

Do I agree that we are sittin at a stock valuation of 3.50?? No...absolutely not. Did MJ believe the 3.50 valuation?? Only he knows for sure..but I doubt he did. You know the old saying "Actions speak louder than words?" Well MJ's actions appear to discredit some of his projections for the SP of this company forward moving.

Why do "I" disagree with MJ on the valuation? Two reasons that I can think of off the top of my head:

  1. We have proven precious minerals. We just have proven how much...but we do have proven tonnage to work with and build on. Windfall is also showing signs of becoming another DE, with its excellent results. Do we have enough tonnage to support our price...? Who really knows but RN. I trust him..some say he's the old prospector type who puts the big "pump" onto all of his shareholders. I say a man who has been in this buisness as long as RN does not need to pump something that is "there". We only need time to prove the reserves and by that I mean "prove the volume and not prove that we have them. What a great way to start another week of trading.
  2. Stocks normally trade at multiples of valuation of the company. It was never made clear, not that I could read at least, if MJ had any multiple valuation worked into the 3.50 price target. I thing he did not. Based on that a real price (with about 3 times valuation would be 10 to 11 dollars per share. Three times valuation is lowballing something that is so widely publisized as NOT. Maybe 3 x works for a sideplay. I think we're "undervalued" as a stock presently. The market decline of the last week would of course affect the price as well, maybe making it 2x valuation or 7.00 per share based on the 3.50 price MJ gave.

I would like to hear other projections from posters on this site. This week past was very pivital, but as usual, with good stocks, coincidencal events held the price down, rather than lighting a fire under it. This can't happen forever and I think by year end we'll be in the 10.00 to 12.00 price range. Why? The very big investment organizations will want in after they study the next one or two news releases on assay results. In my opinion the stock price is being held to the known assay results, which by the way, do not have all of the best stuff in them from what I have read over the last month or so.

Lets keep ourselves focussed where we should be. Lets work as a team to find any cracks in NOT that could create weakness for the "bad people" (shorters, market manipulators) and see if we can understand why those cracks occurred to see if they are sealing up again.

RN is the man to be with. Noront is the company to hold stock in. There is likely to be some volatility on Monday morning. Shorts will want to cover their positions prior to any possible uptrend in the price. Personally, pending world market performance, I see NOT moving up near or past 7.00 again very soon. Lets' not get upset or frustrated by the market and its effect on the uptrend in price of NOT shares. The future is what drives this puppy. That is why the big guys are here. There's nowhere I would rather they be in actuallity.
