As a rookie around here, after lurking for a while, here goes. MJ's position does seem very conservative, since his 10% valuation rule is that given to resources in places like the Stans and politically volatile regions. We are dealing with something on our doorstep, so for obvious reasons a different valuation must apply. I go with a higher percentage, like most here, I think.
