Bill Harris issues Buy on NOT

A friend of mine just sent me an email to this effect. He told me to go to www.stockhase.com and look at Bill Harris. Click on his name and will give you his recommendations. Looks like he put it in yesterday. In addition he was on BNN last night and pretty much said the same thing about NOT in the last two minutes of the show. During the BNN show he said that this was another Diamond Fields. We need to be patient and NOT will come through for us.
