Agree mostly, but after XMass is when the Drilling Explosion will happen for all the side plays. Noront will be so far ahead by then that they well always be the 'Go To Guy' for the serious Majors.

PS: At this point all the want to's for influence and negociation power in the area likely have their positions, thus the influence touting and gaming for them.
