Does anyone ever take into consideration tax planning when speculating on why individual corporate directors and management do as they do, especially in situations like the one we are all spectators (and some also stock traders) in.

As for the blerb on the other stocks situation, a couple of individuals were discussing it on here and instead of asking them to take it to the proper forum I also put its situation into the proper light it deserves so no others here reading would worry unnecessarily.

It is going to be a significant player on Notonts side of any future Majors interests in the entire area.
