RN is still working on some of the Ducklings and likely screening prospective new juniors for further JV's. The IBK pro's are likely getting the paperwork together for the Spin Outs and or in prep for potential Partnering and Unsolicited premature Bid offers and all that stuff. While he may have got the Ducks all lined up through September, the Ducks now have to meat their responsibilities so he can focus on the core components - the Properties and increasing their value.
