Sounds sound to me.
One addition. Upon execution of the Spin Out of DE (Mc Fauld's Lake) NOT has a Major purchase 10% treasury shares in the new company at a reasonable price ( north of $20.00 / share) which will allow continued drilling into a 43-101 and scoping study, thus setting up for pre-development studies (engineering, environmental base line, infrastructure, etc.).
Noront, with WF, BH, etc. continues on under NOT with the current cash in the bank.
Late April, 2008 would be a preferred time to have these items completed. At that point in time Windfall Lake will have the ramp completed to planed depth and Burnt Hill will have a 43-101 plus scoping study in hand ready for production decision. Other properties in the new NOT by May are ready foe next phase of drilling or for first phase of drilling if currently at the pre-drilling preparation stage.
The result being multiple unlocking of shareholder values and the current Noront essentially having a horse race in which it has all the horses and they are each heavy weight but agile thoroughbreds.
