not much volume

Can somebody explain why there is al small volume today.

Here in Europo NOT become more and more in the press and people are talking about the MC faulds. But when i see the volume today it is so little. I had except for the RUN UP ( I HOPE THAT IT COMES) there was a higher volume at this low lever, 5.45.
