Steady up! Noront picked up the land they have by wheeling and dealing with friendly rivals at Probe (PRB), Freewest (FWR), and Spider (SPQ)/KWG (KWG). The latter were in the area for ~15 years looking for diamonds with their partner DeBrees. Early drilling turned up some very promising Cu, Zn, and Cr strikes and showings of some Ni. Consequently, with the ETEM's they had then, along with the Cu, Zn, and Cr, it is generally accepted that they were initially expecting any strike at DE to turn up Zn and hopefully Cu. Well, guess what???? So, they do have all the very best property known back in 2002-2003 shared up between them. A couple of others managed to either hold onto some smaller pieces in the most prospective area but these, mentioned above have the prime prospects in the PRIME area in the 'Ring of Fire".
