Aliblaba......I would suggest that you start with a study of what the Dutch have done to reclaim land from the sea. Truly remarkable! Next just look at the roads and bridges that were constructed by the Allied Forces in WWII to cross rivers and Marshes. Then you could flip over to Japan and see what they have done to build Airports in the sea. Finally you could check out what they are doing in Dubai, making islands in the sea and building complete infrastructures for people to live. It's all on the Discovery Channel

A simple bog is not going to stop them getting the Nickel out.
