The drill results were flat and PRB would have had to spend $2million to keep them - was not worth it to them at the time; plus as mentioned, these properties were far away from the discovery zone.

Probe is not at all locked in with NOT management or directors - quite the opposite as they do not have anyone who is a director/management team member in both companies. 

It is difficult to try and keep everyone and their relationships straight in this area!! ;-)
