Currently I am NOT buying the house. I am buying a sofa, bed, a couple of chairs and some of the work shop tools. Why? Because I can. And because for this market there are but a few others that any thing near Noront's potential. I will adjust a little for XMass. A little in Janurary for the new year. Then it is onto what is there out there to set up early for. After that I will stay warm for the winter. Though NOT an expert, I think Election year in the US will be very interesting and 2009 for that matter. After all that I hope to be well set up to do many other things. Only time will tell. But I hope to make the best of this time now. NOT greedy! Still what I consider to be somewhat cautious. If the invasion from Universe '101-WZG' happens, then it's back to the rethinking the plan phase! Old Joe PS: Let there be news when there is news.
