Central Banks and the big public banks are trying to work on this. Notice how the 'overnight inter bank lending rate has dropped to ~4% from ~4.65% only a week or so ago. China and Japan have been supporting their Banking Sector for years. Russa likewise as well as many others. In the end they will have to let go but it will be in as controlled a fashion as possible. Is it right in a so called free market? Remember that it is the "SO CALLED" Free Market. Old Joe
