I'm curious. These drills can cut through pretty much anything. I can't imagine they can't cut through frost, even perma frost. Why would they need to shut down? Is it just that inhuman to have the workers labouring there. Unemployment is pretty good income too so maybe their better to move south for a couple of months.
Were they drilling there last winter and when. Does anyone know?

BTW: Nice bounce today. Hope its the start of an uptrend. Not really sure yet. A couple of good days could set us a trend. Lets hope Monday is a strong day on the markets overall. Would help with investor confidence. I still say we march to our own drummer with NOT. Anyone disagree?
