Good idea Grizz. I vote for QQ_Girl

My recommendation would be to keep a basic level of research as a requirement ..

so we don't just get 'XYZ is awesome... going up!' and such.

Perhaps a requirement that the recommender post comments on three areas about he company to back up the recommendation such as:

Management

Properties

Financials

50 heads are better then one!
