But to answe your question. I slide around and watch. Thats how I find them. i read the nrs and look for an almost imperceptible spike in volume that will draw my attention. Then I start digging. Then I buy and depending on the stock, I'll hold, such as NOT, or I'l take a small profit and sell. I never bash a board.
