In China, the company is earning a 50% interest in a property where copper gold mineralization has been traced over a large area. A single pit where gold values have assayed as high as 50 oz/ton gold ( approx 1750 grams/tonne) has been mined down to a depth of 35 feet by previous owners. No other new outcrops have been found on the property due to oxidation and the host quartz porphyry which also contains disseminated copper has been compared to Ivanhoe’s Turquoise Hill mineralization which occurs approximately 200 km to the north in Mongolia.

A deep induced polarization survey is underway on the property to assist the company in determining the extent of the sulphide mineralization below the oxidized surface rocks.
