QQ;

I usually use different tools to gain back ground on interesting prospective investments. Conseqiently, little of it gets recorded on computer files. Thus, no easily accessed package of info to package and send.

However, with respect to Noront much of the understanding of past activity respecting Noront has been derived through its dealings and interactions with several other companies currently involved in the 'Ring of Fire' in some way or other and or Windfall Lake. These companies include Condor, Greenstone, Baltic, Timex, Spider, Hawk, Fancamp, KWG, and more specifically, Freewest, Mugor, and Probe. They all to greater (mostly) or lesser extent have some sort of relationship with Noront, stemming from the 'Ring of Fire' or Windfall and or New Brunswick. There have been agreements that either were terminated or partially completed, and thus cash and or shares exchanged. What is the present status of those shares I can NOT say.

Noront repeatedly crossed my eyes and considerably more so in the past ~2-3 years due to their relationship(s) with Freewest and were worth keeping an eye on for that reason. I was actually going to jump on board this time (Sept.- Oct.) last year but the big Gold assays at Windfall actually scared me off for a time (due to the big run up)and I had other more intense interests then. Since then I picked up a few shares as the winter wore on and settled in for a rough summer and was expecting an even rougher Fall and was prepared to Hunker down for the New Year. I am very pleased the way things have actually worked out (as I said back in Sept. DE changed EVERY THING). The past 3 weeks is what I was expecting to be the case all Fall. Otherwise I LEARNED a lot on why the courious behaviour of these companies over the past couple of years. For this I am very pleased that I could have had the time over these 2 years to be able to maintain some contact regularly with the going's on. I feel very confident I now know what to expect going forward, and with out making predictions of almost all sorts (do truly NOT like making predictions), all I will venture to say is that for Noront it all appears to be very good indeed.

On an other note, I have had some learning on the setting up of Agora and expected it to have potential as it is actually demonstrating. But I am getting a very strong feeling that they have attracted a class of Investors that are vigorously defending the real quality of one of its Best "PAYING" subscribers. This is NOT contrary to the intentions of its backers, but it is apparently causing them difficulty in terms of strategy on methods of promoting the interests of those backers who I have every reason to believe know very well how stock markets and venture capital markets actually work. Thus NOT all is bad. They should have also anticipated more clearly both the quality of Forum Members (decency and varia of expertise etc.) and the devious nature of some fellow venture capital investors. Consequently, at least some on here do not understand some of my disposition when giving a 'heads up' here and there (as I like to feel that I am on the Membership Quality side of the equation) and thus recieve the occasional WTF from scavengers. In this regard (WTF), all good folks, at least MJ can feel secure in NOT being classified as a scavenger. Nor several other occasional posters to this Forum (no need to mention them as I feel confident they know themselves and some who do not know real squat can also feel consoled as I have and do not desire to knock them).

Well, anyway, I have been challenged and have enjoyed it very much and appreciate it as it has improved me in the process.

QQ, you are climbing a usually steep learning curve and apparently doing it in record time. Feel very proud of your self and try to guard against letting it over whelm you as experience is also required. And that you are presently gaining in spades as well.

Old Joe

PS: It is half time in the Game now, thus I need to get to half time exercises.

Cheers, ALL Good Folf!
