As usual I am agreeing with part of your post and disagreeing with another part. The 'Two Premiers' hypothesis I agree with but in Alberta it is still a toss up. The problem with Canada is it remains thinking of it's self as an Imperial dependency and consequently the ONTRO (center of the universe) crowd can not help but misapply that which they have been subject and submissive to for all their History.
